Objectives
TEG were commissioned to provide project engineering and management of a jam handling system to drive efficiency in a biscuit manufacturing department. The project scope included:
- Jam processing and delivery to depositor.
- Saving in material costs and reduced manual handling.
Challenges
- Installing equipment in a working factory environment
Results
The project was completed on budget and without incident. The facility has provided the required payback giving labour and material savings.
