Griffins Chocolate Processing

TEG project managed the chocolate handling system at Griffins new chocolate biscuit manufacturing facility. The project scope included:

  • Three jacketed chocolate tanks
  • 1.2m wide Enrober
  • Temperer
  • Decorator
  • Pre and post enrobing cooling tunnels
  • Chilled water system
  • Total project value was $ 4.0m

Results

The chocolate handling system and enrober, cooling tunnels and decorator were successfully installed and commissioned and the project started up on time and on budget. The quality of the finished product exceeded the clients’ expectations.
