Griffins Toffee, Mallow, Creme And Jam Processing
Objectives
TEG were tasked with providing project management of a toffee, mallow, creme and jam depositing system for the Griffins chocolate biscuit manufacturing line. New processing facilities were required to supply the 1.2 m wide biscuit depositor operating at over 2000 biscuits per minute. The scope included all services power, hot water, chilled water. TEG managed the project from concept through to final commissioning.
Results
The system delivered a high quality product as specified and was delivered on time and within budget.
